I bought Love.Angel.Music.Baby. today ^^. Not the smartest move but it was worth it =). I saw white noise again saturday night. I made Jessica mad (not G. the other Jessica) because she lacks a since of humor when someone of the male gender makes a joke. She got the closest to a dick head that Ive seen a girl get. But i guess she got over it by sunday night cuz she didnt seem that mad anymore... There was a nice little chat session at Taco Bell, me and a few other people were on break Sunday, and we all ate there cuz we walked but it was snowing and we didnt wanna walk back to the theatre. GOD I love that song, makes me think of 6th preiod... long story. Maybe one day I'll explain it but now is not the time. I skipped skool today, I played a bit of FFXI but mostly searched the web for Posters (twO, Dark Water, HIDE and SEEK, Boogeyman) what else..? I know my day wasnt THAT boring... I did dishes. Geez it was that bad wasnt it... I want to go to work but I dont want to work... you catch my drift. I work o-6 on SATURDAY so I can go see a movie that night ^^. I may go see White Noise again or maybe Lemony Snicket after my shift... I hope kool ppl are working SAT morning.

Yesterday my Chemistry teacher said Fuck... we were listing the different type of number measurements and someone said FU (formula units) and my teacher said well fuck you too, OMG it was the strangest minute in existance.

My college friend called me today... she may have cancer, which everyone has today so... positive attitudes :P I dont wanna go to school tomorrow ; ;. But I have to so I should like do homework or somethin... BYE -Dustyn =)

This movie was good... no great. I mean it started out slow (name a horror movie that doesnt) but once it got going it didnt stop. And to frighten people even more they used the fact that EVP is real to get people thinking. The Title is linked to the American Association of EVP if ya wanna check that out. What else, oh yeah, yesterday I busted my ass at work, but I got a little help from someone =\. Also, there is a new two: The Ring 2 trailer I'll link this to the large quicktime version. Bird one: DARKNESS Review - Okay the movie was mediocre the story was great but i dont really have anything good to say about the directing. I think if a better director had gottten a'hold o this un it's been better. So my conclusion is if you can tell the difference between movie and story then by all means go see it but if not, wait for White Noise which I thing is gunna be good... no, great. Or better yet Hide and Seek.

Bird two: New Template for Blog - Tell me what you think of the new layout of the blog, the old blue and orange was getting old and thissun just looked neat. Also about my moblog... Im not adding anymore pics til I get SOME feedback :P!

And finally, Bird three: Todays entry - I LOVE iTunes!!! I just discovered the beauty of having iTunes. I just think of a song I want and go oh wait, I CAN GET IT NOW ^^. I downloaded Utada's whole Exodus Album (now Im addicted to IT) Oh, joy =D!

Umm watched Jennifer Connely (wo is gunna star in Dark Water) in House of Sand and Fog witch was an interesting movie but I was furious at how it ended... umm lets see, Darkness havent seen it yet (today b4 work) but someone vomited today in the front row from watching it. Ive had 1,2 Step and Breathe stuck in my head O.o and I really didnt think I liked rap, til now. OMG HI GUYS!!! Its been so long. I havent FORGOT about you but since i got that F^%!ing job Its been f&^%ing hard to find time to do anything. Lumins reply actually brought me back to righting again ^^. So you can all thank him. Alright since I last spoke to you I have started reading Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. I thought thay were all little kid books but in Book The Fourth.... even I cringed. Umm, I went and saw the movie which was the first three books bundled into one (I have a talent for separating books from movies, I dont like COMPARING the two since theyre NEVER alike) anyways the movie was good, it gave me the same feelings I had while reading the same parts. Umm movies.... Ive seen so many... Imma go see Darkness tomorrow befor work (I HAVE TO WORK ON CHRISTMAS ; ;) Umm... OH I got a new computer (Its a POS but it'll do until I buy a good one) Dell 3GHz Pentium 4 with a retarded graphics card Basic DVD ROM and CDR and a great sound card so I could watch DVDs with excellent sound un-fucking-fortunately the speakers havent come yet, they'll get here with the printer. Im watching Jingle All The Way before I go to bed... It was produced by the same person who directed HP1&2. I have been slacking on FFXI but I still pop in to say HI! The Eye

Last Night I received my copy of The Eye. I have been waiting a long time because everyone was saying really good things about it and I saw alot of references for it in other J-movie reviews... alright I'll buy it!

So, I get my movie and put it in my DVD player in the living room... Unknown Disk?! It says Region 1... DEVAN! Imma use your DVD player for a sec!; But, but?; Well, it works in here... what the hell? Maybe it'll work in my PS2... In my room, in the PS2... blank... blank... YES, aight, lets get this movie star {ring ring}-.- ted.

Well, I finally get the movie started, the movie interested me... it was like the Sixth sense...only with five senses. Anywho, the frozen lady (I remember that name from Fatal Frame 2!) scared me a lil when she just went like BOO! and I was like AHH!

Ying Ying! Okay, I'll admit, i thought Ying Ying was a guy for like... 3/4 of the movie. Um Wah was cool... his uncle was an ass, over all the first half was interesting...but the second half was better.

I actually think it went well (besides the beginning when the box office lady didnt give me my application, her fault). We sat and listened to the manager for like 15 minutes give descriptions of each postition (I want box office) then we walked around while dude pointed out stuff for our sgort little test. Then we had the lil test... I think i did good because he asked me to come back next week and I was the only person out of our group (it was a group interview) that was told that (that I know, two ppl were still behind me). The Grudge: Final

Okay, after reviewing my review, i come to find it sounds a bit boring. I didnt say too much cuz I didnt want to give away anything. But all day yesterday I looked up reviews for the Grudge and out of the 5 i read only 1 was good. Well, they said it was full of Horror Movie cliches... okay, so Yoko went to go look at a noise... the house isnt relatively scary so why shouldnt she try and figure out whats in the attic... something coulda just fell over I mean come on. And if you can tell me a horror movie without cliches, please do... all american horror is just alike: Blood, guts, mad murderer or retarded teens (sorry SMG but IKWYDLS was... unoriginal) and darkness, alot of darkness **SPOILER WARNING** in case you didnt know, roger, the entire Peter finds Toshio, Toshio draws cats, Peter finds shrine and Kayokos dead body, renters Toshio's room to find father Saeki had hung himsef (Toshio died in the tub, not the cat. The cat is a Toshio warning device.)scene was daylight. **END SPOILER**

Now, for a little Grudge: Final... info (Im not to sure this movie will be like the JP sequel due to EXTREMELY ODD scenes). In The Grudge 2: Final , i beleive, all of the characters are different (well duh, everyone from the first movie went into the house at some point or another) There isone really weird scene that involves a hospital thats REALLY japanese... and weird (tho i think it would be awesome) I doubt they will make this scene in the American version.

I like doing these reviews so the next one will be for two: The Ring 2. Tho it may not be coming out any time soon and it will be NOTHING like Ringu 2 or Rasen: Spiral (which is nothing like The Ring anyways) I still wanna get my veiws out and give a lil back story/comparison between Ringu and The Ring (cuz they were really different to begin with).

The Grudge contd'

Okay first my post : Crappy Morning. now, on with the Grudge review:

Lets see, we have the back story, the uninformed critic criteria and the immature ass hole bit. Now on to a lil plot summary (not gunna give too much away here so :P).

Alright in the originals the beginning scene was the murder of Kayako and Toshio but I think they did better in the American version by putting it where they did. Enter Yoko, a nanny one might say. Well nosey lil Yoko healthies up the mother and starts to clean the house... smart? I think not. Lets avoid the noises next time Yoko. Enter our 'heroine', Karen (SMG) she chats with the bf blah blah, takes him to school blah blah then she finally gets to her 'workplace' and takes over Yoko's job. Well now Karen goes to the house (the story basically ends here but a 30 minute movie isnt very interesting, plus we need to know what happnede to Kayako and Toshio. Well, death, death, death, flashback, death, death. well, as you see, alot of death but none greusome. The flashback was of when the family bought the house (after the Saeki acc... err murd... umm slaughter). Well the premice of the movie is that anyone (yes anyone so kis Karen goodbye) who enters the curesed Saeki house will die (NOT in seven days this is SO not a Ring rip-off and if you say otherwise, kiss my dick.

I love how the movie is able to scare you w/o going BOO! You get like, hundreds of warnings before something actually happens. I mean we knew Kayako was under that bed sheet but when sister lifted it we were like 'Damn! she was under that bed sheet! O.o' All in all if I had to rate this movie 1-10... it would get a 15 from me, I loved it. If it doesnt interest you then grow some taste why doncha. If you liked it, see the Ring 2 on March 15 AND if you can find it The Eye (a jp flik AWESOME) with English subs is really spooky... we need a version of that too ^^.

The Grudge

Ever since i knew of Ju-On I have been waiting for The Grudge to come out in America. Now that it has its getting laughed at and bad reviews from all over the place and it really pisses me off since i love the film. Anywho, Im gunna take this post to give my own little review of The Grudge. Enjoy:

Lets start with a little back story. In japan, there are 4 different versions of Ju-On: The Grudge Ju-On 1 & 2 theatrical releases and Ju-On 1& 2 Television releases (for more information check out the movie section of Foutz.net) Our The Grudge was actually a combination of both Ju-On Television release and Ju-On Theatrical release. Both versions were similar and really creepy.

Now off to tell you why ppl laughed and gave it bad reviews. These morons have no knowledge of japanese culture. I myself have a very limited amount of knowledge on JP culture but I know enough to apreciate their movies. The noise Kayako (Kayoko) made sounded alot like a burp to the immature 12 y/o's but I overlooked that. Also, when Toshio is looking at (holy crap I forgot her name... lets call her sister) in the elevator he was kinda nekkid (but nothing was showing, i swear) but it was still really scary. Also ppl were confused because the movie wasnt exactly in chronological order. The story worked out better like that though, it was broken into six different parts about a certain character. Some information was left out of the American version (the fact that the Real Estate agent wasnt killed we dont get an explaination)

The Fall Break Cram

Alright, I dont think I posted all Fall Break so Imma try and cram as much as I can into this one post. Got my cell phone frday before, posted from it. Spent monday figuring out what made The Grudge so different from The Ring, found out and cant wait to see the Grudge on October 22nd, in fact you all need to see it (any onewith info on good Kwaidan send me an e-mail. Tuesday, DJ Baby Anne's CD, Mixtress, was released, ended up buying it on Wednesday, Which my mom took off work to get my car legal (insurance, tags, blah). Thursday... umm kinda blury, may be the night I tried Vodka in my Iced Java... but I cant remember... so its prolly it. Friday, I think I spent most of my friday playing FFXI. Saturday I was driving all over the place so I could get some practice in before the big test on... the 22nd ^^ (apparently the 22nd will be a good day for me. Yesterday, drove a lil bitm but i mean its sunday and I really didnt want to do anything. All week things, I got into gardening on FFXI ^^ grew some light crystals, white rocks, sunflower seeds. :P Umm, been listening to Mixtress all week, and Japanese Kwaidan were the time passers. Lol, guys, my mom is off on a business trip and I have the house to myself for a few days! :) Its actually quite fun, I have like, a whole lil computer station set up in mu living room where I have my laptom with my compact keyboard and USB mouse on it, I was working on my Web Page I website... I got nothing done. I have to clean it all up tomorrow tho =\ that sucks, OOH and being able to choose and eat what I want whenever I want is pretty great ^^! Umm infinate time on FFXI ^^ I did some PLing with Saki last night, thankie much Saki ^^. Umm~ my phone didnt arrive yesterday and Im about to go like... giga-thermal on Cingular and UPS's asses. My HTML teacher, Ms Green, had entered a contest to win a $10,000 wedding... she won :D. I voted like 20 times each morning on the two computers at my station (this is when having the ability to use two mouses (yes MOUSES) at once comes in handy). I cant really think of anything... and that sucks cuz alot of stuff happened since my last post... umm a couple of things on the bus... we got a new girl, she's pretty cool, she lives in my sub-division. Umm~ we got a new guy too~, rides in the afternoon and has made the bus rides more interesting... and umm, home, what happened at home..? Oh yeah, My linkshell has become cold and unattentive, they all just... ignored everyone whenever someone asked a question, like Ryani, Arikara and myself... questions left unanswered. Today, Sept 21, I, Dustyn, will be in town tonight hopefully getting the Chains of Promathia expansion for Final Fantasy XI and the Sky Sweetnam: Noise from the Basement CD! ^^ Both are released just today and I love getting stuff on the first day. The CD is a given, I'll be getting it no matter what, but CoP is a chance kinda thing, I may have to wait til next Tuesday (when EB restocks) to get it... but I can wait, I need to do alot of things to get ready for CoP. My 4-day weekend didnt really seem like a weekend, each day I had to get up earlier and earlier. He~y Gu~ys, lol, I havent written in 4 days becau~se I had to go to ohio for my sisters wedding (I took my laptop and it couldnt register on the server, and I dont have wireless). The wedding itself... short and sweet! ^^ The reception F-U-N lol, I had some Champaign (O.o) and did the Cha Cha Slide (:D) The Electric Slide (=\) and other slides (Thriller ^^). It was really quite fun! As soon as i got home tho I hit FFXI got some Raises and some money (poor newbs :P). Bought an HTML book and finished it in 2 days. I have been all over the place today O.o. First period I had to run to the office and get my free voucher for mt ACT while doing a VB project (BIG numbers little time). I never thought, in a million years, that I would actually have a blog that i'd keep up with. Its a good thing i found that i could post at school, its one of the only things to keep me occupied when I get ahead or have spare time. I heart Tuesday at lunch (Pizza Hut!) but i kinda hate lunch. We have 3 lunch period, Im in 2nd lunch, only one of my friends have second lunch but she eats in the other caff si i kinda dont have anyone to talk to. ^^ Thats why i leave early and come and write in my blo~g. I cant wait to get home, run around dunes and raise ppltill my eyes fall out =D. I already have ppl who call me and only me if they die since i'm very reliable and am always in Dunes now. Yay! Tonight i go to get my haircut, cell phone, and that Febreze ScentStories player mm~. I dont know how well the day is gunna go... this morning was pretty meh because i left my Fefe Dobson CD at home ; ;. But I had my Hikaru and tAtU CDs so i listened to those on the way up. There was a pretty big download for FFXI (2.5 hrs O.o) but i filled the time with filling out a pretty damn long ACT form and my Chemistry homework. ^^ Then i got online... nobody was dead so I escorted someone to Sandy. The three girls I have been listining to lateley have a strange connection. It started when I was looking thru Skye's pictures on her site... Sky and Ashlee were in a picture together. OMG for the last three nights I have had the same dream. Once again, it's not a bad dream, it's just very annoying. Guys, happiness comes in the form of a storm. I woke up this morning at 5:30 to the sound of thunder, and I was so happy. I had NyQuil again last night (damn stuffy nose -.-) but to counter the effects this morning I had a doubleshot. Lol, I am typing kinda fast cuz of it so if I make alot of mistakes blame it on starbucks. I finally got the magus sisters last night (yipee!) and I'm working on the legendary weapons. Surprisingly enough, guys, my day got a WHOLE lot better. Considering it is friday and everything. That alone made me cheer up. But we started making our own websites in HTML (starting DreamWeaver pretty soon). Another good thing!^^ AND they had chinese for sale at lunch today :D, I actually got some. Mmm~~! Guys, I'd like you to meet my friend, Drama. There has been WAY too much weird sh...stuff going on this week. The Climax being last night. I usually never have dreams... but last night I had three... and they all pointed to the same thing... and I hete when stuff like that happens. Still not a good day, but the... I dont know what you call it.., the badness of the day is starting to get to me. I notice myself getting grumpier but as I type this and make mistakes (that makes words look funny) I start to laugh and feel lightened. I didnt have lunch due to the money left at home... Yesterday at lunch I had a WHOLE BIG post written out... but when I tried to post it the server failed O.O. But, my day was still excellent. YES, I actually had a GOOD MONDAY!?!?! Look at this guys... I'm at home and I have time... but not much cuz Imma see Without a Paddle with the "girls" lol. My Trig teacher was nice enough to.. give homework, but only 3 problems. :P He's pretty cool, he always have funny things to say when he screws up. Well, school is back in, and that sucks... really bad. I have had no time to play Final Fantasy XI... and thats sad cuz I only have 2 required classes this year. Chemistry is fun but takes too friggin' long to do. Trig is the same way. I actually started this blog... cuz there are three classes in which I have time to come and update, so I'll have something to do. I tried logging in to my Linkshells website... but I can only see the general forums, and apparently Im unimportant enough to dissappear unnoticed. (All you LS ppl reading this, know Im mad at you atm >.<) I figured out a way to post pictures in Blogger, so later I should have some SSs up, cuz I wont put a real picture of me online... yet. Just got a new mouse and keyboard for my PC... it kicks ass! Went to the fair saturday night, it sucked up until my cousin and her friend showed up, then it got kool, we saw the freak show... waste of $2, but we rode a ride called the Tornado, OMG I almost lost the corndog I had earlier. Then we get in the parking lot and my cousin (who had to get directions from her mom) says, "Okay, who knows how to get out of Lebonon?" O.o OMG! Well, we got home safely and the next day I found ou t my cuz's fried (a guy) was gay... course it didnt bother me cuz, I dont care, but... It really didnt show so it was a surprise...
